Terms of Service
Effective August 13, 2026
These terms govern use of Bismion, operated by Solvrz, including Free Diagnosis, approved early-access recommendations, Custom services, and implementation discussions.
Free Diagnosis
Free scans use deterministic public evidence analysis and do not call an LLM or provide personalized recommendations. They do not promise rankings, citations, traffic, leads, or revenue.
Early-access recommendations
Personalized recommendations are available only to accounts approved by Bismion for a limited evaluation period. Approval, limits, renewal, or revocation are controlled by Bismion. No subscription payment is collected during this phase.
No active billing
Bismion is not currently offering paid self-serve subscriptions. A future payment launch will be announced with updated terms before any charge is collected.
Implementation services
Implementation work is not included in the subscription. Deliverables, access, timing, and price are agreed in a separate fixed-scope quote. Nothing is published without explicit customer approval.
Acceptable use
You may scan websites you are authorized to assess. Do not abuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, or use the service to violate law or third-party rights.
