Free website audits
Bismion fetches publicly accessible website pages and stores extracted text, structured data, source URLs, timestamps, scores, and recommendations so the audit can be displayed and validated. Anonymous audit previews expire after 24 hours unless their evidence is copied into an implementation request or saved to an account.
Implementation requests
When you request implementation, Bismion stores your name, email, company, website platform, message, selected issue keys, and an immutable snapshot of the relevant audit evidence. We use this information to validate scope, prepare a quote, deliver requested work, and maintain necessary business records.
Legal basis and marketing
We process audit requests to provide the service you requested and contact details to respond and take pre-contract steps. Submitting an audit or implementation request does not give marketing consent, and Bismion will not add you to promotional email by default.
Analytics and minimization
Funnel analytics record product events such as scan completion, issue selection, quote request, acceptance, and verified rescan. Bismion does not store IP addresses or user-agent strings in funnel analytics.
Retention, processors, and international access
Contact and implementation records are retained only as long as needed to handle the request, deliver work, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Service providers may process data on Bismion’s behalf under appropriate safeguards. Because Bismion serves customers internationally, authorized staff and providers may access data outside your country.
Your choices
Depending on your location, you may ask to access, correct, delete, restrict, or export personal data, or object to certain processing. Email hello@bismion.com. We may need to retain limited records where required by law.
